Experience London. Experience CCSA. Experience Learning.
LIVE
With four and a half weeks, you don't have to feel like a tourist. Unpack your bags in your room at Hampstead's King's College campus and make yourself at home; then head down to the corner pub for some chips. Make friends with the locals. You'll be fitting in in no time.
MAKE FRIENDS
Students from 24 institutions and 10 states will be converging on King's College Campus. You'll meet people from all over the states and from all over the globe in this diverse and vibrant city. And after several weeks of studying and exploring together, it's a pretty safe bet to say, you'll make some new friends and life-long memories.

EXPLORE LONDON
Londoners have Oyster cards to get where they need to go. Included in the price of your program, you get your own transportation card that works just like an Oyster card. It will get you on the Tube (aka Underground/ Subway) or on the big red buses. So, you can travel all over London Town and explore to your heart's content.
JOURNEY FURTHER AFIELD
With your BritRail pass (included in the price of your program) you can take the train out of the city for a day or for a weekend to explore the rest of the United Kingdom. Bath, Cardiff, Glasgow, Oxford, Cambridge, Stratford Upon Avon, Liverpool, Warwick, etc. The possibilities are endless!

CCSA OPTIONAL TRIPS
CCSA also makes available to participants the option (at additional cost) to participate in two weekend trips to Edinburgh and Paris, as well as a day trip to Stonehenge and Salisbury. Information about these trips--including price, a description of what is included, and how to sign up for them--will be provided after the program application deadline has passed. Before signing up for any of these trips, students should bear in mind that doing so will have an impact on time available for personal travel and exploration. Students who elect to take two CCSA classes especially should give careful thought before signing up for more than one optional trip.
Orientations for each optional excursion will be held at 4:45 p.m. on the Wednesday before departure.
